Photographer’s Note

I decided to revisit the Yoros castle with this photo taken from Sariyer. The history and more information of this castle was given in my previous photo here. And also I tried to avoid the electric lines but it wasn't possible. That day was great day for photography.

Very nice lighting and colors. Especially in the water. The depth and texture are really strongly present and the ship and boats contrast very vividly. The buildings and the road and some of the lower ruins make a nice path up to the castle. It's a great contrast here too between the ancient castle and the modern ship and buildings. The place comes across as very calm looking area, especially in contrast to some of the other Bosphorus shots of yours. I might suggest cloning out the power lines running across the top of the image. But other than that this is nicely done.
