[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The old city of Istanbul lies between two bodies of water, to the south - the Sea of Marmara (Marmara Denizi), to the north east - the Golden Horn (Halic, dividing the two European parts of the city). Most of the monuments are located here, there are also crowded commercial areas and nice shopping centers. Not very far from the modern part of the old city one can see it's older part . Lots of interesting structures, colors, textures - in short everything to make someone with a camera happy.

Very good colors-congrats

Very interesting. This wall is obviously very weathered and reveals it's history by peeling away the layers of the paint. I wonder what came before and what comes next.

beautifully capture Amos :) I guess this picture releived you after so may foggy days on the sea...
It looks like there is at least 3 layers of paint...usage of brick shows it is from one of the old neighbourhoods resided by Greeks, Italians...
thanks :)
