Petit retour à Istanbul avec cette photo prise devant l'entrée de la mosquée bleue (Sultan Ahmet).
J'aime bien l'opposition de cette dame toute de noir vétue et les touristes derrière en vetements colorés devant la mosquée.

Avec sa gracieuse cascade de coupoles et de demi-coupoles en parfaite harmonie afin de donner une impression d'élévation, mais aussi avec les six minarets élancés qui accentuent sa silhouette, la Mosquée Bleue se dresse face à sa rivale byzantine de mille ans, Sainte-Sophie, qu'elle surpasse de par son incontestable élégance.

merci pour cette foto, its really lovely and i like it how we can clearly see the text/prayer against the wethered wall of the Mosque. how long where you in Turkey for? Its a bit ironic with all the tourists infront and them taking photos withought knowing that you too will have them in your image. The woman facing you looks quite put out that you are photographing, which happens often unfortunately. thank you for sharing

Salut Nicole,
Quel bon titre pour illustrer cette bonne photo.
J'aime bien la composition avec cette formidable place prise par la passante en noir. Les grandes portes évoquent les palais de l'antiquité. De ton voyage à Istanbul, je crois que pour l'instant, c'est celle-ci que je préfère.

Très jolie photo ou effectivement tout joue un rôle.
La dame en noir qui sait très bien que tu parlera d'elle quelque part ( elle nous le dit en regardant dans le coin de son oeil ).
Très belle prise bien cadré.

Bonjour Nicole,
Excellent point de vue et réussite de la composition. Les contrastes n'étaient peu être pas si faciles à maîtriser. Bien vu, le titre accrocheur.

tu vois Nicole, tu as reussi a sortir une tres belle image de ton periple pluvieux a Istanbul..
le cadrage vertical est bien choisi ici..

You have a very nice gallery Nicole. This photo stands out to me as particularly interesting. I like the green and gold sign up top, and the woman at the bottom left, and of course the famous masque, which can be seen through the doorway along with other tourist. Nice capture.
