[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
that type of folk dancing known as "Zeybek". It has been played in Aegean part of Turkey.Zeybek means 'brother' or 'friend'. Men and women rarely perform this dance together. Individually or singly within groups, the men begin slowly strutting about to tight strains of music. Usually slow and boastful figures suggest men's strength as well as pride in being heroes.

I just can't say good for this photo. The framing is really bad. One side has an arm without a body and the other side has a body without an arm. Some heads at the front. Nothing is focused. Everything is blurred. But this is not a movement effect. One side is lighter than it should be while the other side is dark. It may be valuable as a remembrance photo but not a good photography work.
