[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Someone told me that kebabs actually mean Barbeque in turkish. On my last day in Istanbul, I had my last meal in a local restaurant facing the famous Bosphorus Straits.

Kebabs are pieces of meat that are marinated and grilled on coal fires. Oh yummy yum yum:)

Hi Cynthia,
I like the expression from the guy's face and thought the side-lighting is really nice. Well exposed and pretty sharp.
Regards, Jino.

Cynthia,
I like the way teh focus is slightly off at teh plates & moore on the guy in action!...
Neat!.
Cheers,
Prem.
