Hello Nedim,
This can be a very nice picture. But there are some technical problem. You have a lot of noise in the picture. Refer to the WS that I have made. Also the composition it would be beter to have the guy coming into the picture that going out. The place is good. Alos a bit of explanaition will help us to understand the conditions and the problem to take this picture.
Continue you have some good subject, when we think to the Turkey, it is more for the sun, snad and the beach. The mountains seems to be very nice too.
