Photographer’s Note

Just one more from Amasya.

I found interesting the sheets hanged out to dry in contrast with the tombs in the background. The composition is not perfect with one of the tombs hiden behind the roof top of the house, but that was the best angle that the narrow street allowed me to catch. May be cropping a little from the top of the mountain would balanced better the composition...What do you think ?
This is a scanned one and quality is not the best one either.

We stayed here for a couple of days, resting, while going from the Kaçkar Mountain to Capadocia and got very surprised with the beauty of this town:

It is a very photogenic place with an old and beautiful Otoman quarter developing along the river, overseen by majestic ancient king rock tombs carved on a cliff side.
