Photographers Note
Just one more from Amasya.
I found interesting the sheets hanged out to dry in contrast with the tombs in the background. The composition is not perfect with one of the tombs hiden behind the roof top of the house, but that was the best angle that the narrow street allowed me to catch. May be cropping a little from the top of the mountain would balanced better the composition...What do you think ?
This is a scanned one and quality is not the best one either.
We stayed here for a couple of days, resting, while going from the Kaçkar Mountain to Capadocia and got very surprised with the beauty of this town:
It is a very photogenic place with an old and beautiful Otoman quarter developing along the river, overseen by majestic ancient king rock tombs carved on a cliff side.

Hi Ricardo,
Very interesting place. I will add two more historical information bits about Amasya:
1- Julius Caesar said his famous words "veni, vidi, vici" in Amasya.
2- In the Ottoman Empire it was for a certain period of time a tradition to send the greatest son of the Sultan who would be the king to Amasya to be the local governor, and hence to prepare for ruling the country.

Hej Ricardo,
Indeed the sheets work nicely in the foreground here. Actually I like the placement of the tombs behind the roof top. The textures of the rocks look very nice as well. Good work and thanks for sharing!
