Photographer’s Note
We stayed in Amasya for a couple of days, resting, while going from the Kaçkar Mountain to Capadocia and got very surprised with the beauty of this town:
It is a very photogenic place with an old and beautiful Otoman quarter developing along the river, overseen by majestic ancient king rock tombs carved on a cliff side.
The river life is very busy and interesting: At late afternoon, every one is walking along the river, eating ice cream and corn cobs and the many restaurant balconies overlooking the river are busy all day around.

Hi Ricardo, it's a really nice shot of this charming town- and I must say it looks really good in this panoramic format- it matches the parallel composition based on the line of houses. Well caught!
best regards

Ola Ricardo,
the houses fixed to the hill slope like swallows nests, with the rock tombs above - a pleasant view.
From sailing I know the turkish med coast from Ayvalik down to the border with Syria, but inside the country there are still hundreds of places I'd like to see...
Well done!
Regards
