Hi,
I like the motion of the traffic while the man is standing still, watching. Maybe the taxi driver. Nice colours and light.

The non-moving single man and car contrasting the blurred moving traffic works quite well here but in my opinion most of the top and bottom could easily be cropped, I don't think they give much to the photo. I made a workshop with a cropping suggestion.
