Their violent and noisy dispute over the chicken leg could be heard blocks away. When i get there, they simply ignored my existance. Having taken my picture, i just waited to see the end of this dispute. Suprisingly the cat did not back away, was ready to fight with the dog.
After a while another dog (a big one) came in from somewhere and put an end to this dispute by running away with the delicious chicken leg. They were still hungry.

I like it !! Even if it might be suppressed because against TE rules

Dont listen to that guy. This is not against TE rules.
Its kind of a different photo than we see on TE, and I think its fully in accordance with the rules here. This is not a "pet photo" at all. I like the energy and the outright viciousness of the animals. Dog vs cat, the oldest of rivalries. Pretty brave of you to be that close.

I love it the dog seems to be howling the cat is worked up, this is real life drama right in front of us, the chicken leg really adds to it.
Ill be back

Zamanlaman oyle iyi ki, kopegin kizginligini belirttigi an ile kedinin savunmaya hazirlandigi kabarma anini ayni anda yakalamissin. Tam ani yakalamak kolay degil, eline saglik.

Great shot! Mostly because of the subject. But also, because it is sharp, well exposed and well framed. About the subject, it is a little piece of life, the one that I so like. It is "life" in its most basic form: the need to eat! This is why I love photography and also TE! Life as it is. So, I just want to thank you for giving us that "little piece of life". Little but so true, so great.

Great story, fine picture, Selcuk! Well done to take the foto on the same level like the animals, perfect!

This is an amazing photograph. I really love it. There is an entire story in one photograph (even without your notes), with two VERY expressive models, showing their emotions so extremely clearly. As someone else noted, you did very well to take this photo from the animals' level -- it would never have worked this well if you'd taken it from above. This is sure to please animal lovers everywhere, but you don't have to be an animal lover to appreciate the fact that it is loaded with passion.
I have added this photo to a theme I created, "Dog Day Afternoon," which is for pictures of dogs that I think are of superior quality.
Really well done.

There is nothing wrong with this image from TE rules view point.
Wonderful capture of two sorts of street animals while they are trying to prove their superiority to each other for a piece of chicken leg.
Good shot with good colors, sharpnes and angle.
Congrats and thanks for sharing...
