Photographer’s Note

Uzungol is a point of attraction in Eastern Blacksea coasts of Turkey with its small but beautiful lake and landscape. This picture shows the neighboring environment of the lake where sharp hills with terraces for cultivation lay down. The barracs in the photo are not houses but rather locals use them for drying their corns, most of the villagers live in lower land next to lake. For me it took some while to reach that point with a lot of effort, so you can see how they live with their daily activities.
