View of Ölüdeniz from the walking trail between the abandoned former Greek village of Levissi down to the lagoon. The trail itself does not offer such an open panorama, it goes through the forest (if it has not been burned by brushfires yet). However there is a rocky outcrop which can be climbed to the side of the trail where this was taken. Even on a mild June afternoon, I saw no other people on the trail.
The negative was in really bad shape so I had to do quite a bit of smudging and blurring, still there are visible imperfections, sorry.

Very good POV of this beautiful place and a very rare one. Thank you for the effort.

Lovely landscape, and beautiful colours on the photo in the sea and land. You found a nice viewpoint and I'd say that your hike was worth for the view you had over the mountains and sea.
I visited the beach here about 15 years ago when my family was invited to a new hotel and to be test guests. I remember a stunning area, and one day I'll go back.

Wow beautiful shot Tan, you know I think I may have taken a similar trail from the Ghost village over the top which I believed would lead me to this point. However I stoped short of getting to this point because of the difficulties. Not for me but the wife. I never managed to get a good shot of the blue lagoon itself but did get a shot from the beach. I posted this today. Very nice work.
