This is a very common scene all around the Bosphorus.People of Istanbul like to fish from the shores of the Bosphorus.This part is called Salacak which is a very nice neighbourhood in Uskudar-Istanbul overlooking the historical peninsula which was the center of Roman Empire,Byzantine Empire and Ottoman Empire consecutively.

A picture reminiscent of the 1950s with its sepia tones. The sharpness is a bit overdone for my taste. May I suugest cropping slightly from the sky and add it to the bottom to coincide the right corner with the rope?
