Photographer's Note
Those packages with hebrew characters contain unleavened bread to be eaten during passover. On the paper you can read the numbers 1984 and 5744. These are both the numbers of the year 1984 corresponding to the year 5744 of the jewish calender. The three large characters mean 'kosher'. 'Hamursuz' means unleavened in turkish. The line under 'hamursuz' says in Ladino the language of the sephardic Jews in the eastern mediterranean region : 'gran rabinato di turkia'.
Scanned from colour-slide.
Note for the repost:
I noticed that the first scan with glass-slide-frame produced to much straylight. So I removed the frame and made a new scan.

Ja, das ist tatsächlich besser als die erste Version! Und zwar deutlich besser! Jetzt musst Du die anderen auch ausrahmen.....
