Photographer’s Note

Before going to the East I had visited other regions of Turkey. I was amazed by their beauty. But there was one place I really wanted to visit - a palace in the mountains that I had seen in the advertising clips. It was nothing like I had ever seen before.

When I got there... it was just amazing. A perfect sunset... Beer... One of those moments that you live for...

Rafael (my Brazilian friend) and me having Efes beer next to the Ishak Pasha Palace. It was a really important moment for me... And beer had never tasted so well!! :-)

A wonderful photo that really nails down a mood that I've felt before. The only distracting thing is the table to the left. Otherwise perfect. Congratulations.

There is so much I want to say about this photo, but it's most positive quality cannot be expressed in words; it is felt.
Having traveled as well, I know what you mean by one of those "moments." I was just looking at a photo of mine that was taken during one of those moments. While my photo brings back memories to me, it does not depict the same emotion I felt while taking it... yours does. Congratulations on being able to capture it in a photograph.

STUPENDOUS photo! Just Spectacular, actually.

I'd add only agreement with someone else that
you might want to crop out (or clone out)
the table with reflection on the left. Also,
the edges of one arm are softer in resolution
while the other is harder and more like 2 tone
resolution. Might want to modify that.

Otherwise this is the most amazing photo I've
seen of Ishak Pasha. Really wonderful shot.

He he he.. znam te momenty. Momenty odpoczynku i zimnego piwa przy zachodzie slonca. Cudne momenty tymbardziej w podrozy.

Great photo! I love the POV with the beautiful palace in the background. Hope you didn't drink too much beer and fall off the cliff, LOL!

mialam juz kilka podejsc do wschodniej Turcji, jakos dotad nie udalo mi sie tam pojechac, hopefully w tym roku...
fantastycznie zilustrowales jedna z tych chwil, o ktorych sie marzy, dla ktorych sie zyje i podrozuje.
poza tym super ujecie, compo i fajne swiatlo.
