Result of Landscape Design in Iyidere, a photo from Rize, Black Sea

Photographer's Note

The last district of Rize Province in my bike trip from Ukraine to Turkey was İyidere District. On arriving there, 16 days and around 1800 km were behind me. During that time, I did not have an opportunity to recharge the accumulators of my two cameras. The accumulator in camera #1 (SONY DSC-W200), which was in principal use for photographing, had run down. I had to use my camera #2 embedded into my smart phone Nokia N8-00, which was used by me principally as a GPS-navigator. Although the two cameras have similar matrixes (both with 4000*3000 pixels), the second one uses too strong JPEG format, that makes files being twice as smaller than in SONY, but noticeably worse on quality.

I'm really impressed to hear about your trip on the bike! Or trip... 1800 km on bike is more like an expedition...
But of course this is the way to travel as you get in close contact with the landscapes you pass!
And I assume the sight of this waterfall felt refreshing after hours on the bike in the burning sun hehehe...!

very original example of the landscaping. I almost thought it is natural.
You are really making huge distances on your bike, you must be in a great health condition. It is surely an original way to travel. It creates a lot of photo opportunities.

Really interesting and original this artificial waterfall, the path that goes on the top. Also excellent the composition with the separation line with the sky that creates a nice diagonal. A magnified image that is coordinated very well the hand of man with nature, I like the short diagonal of the waterfall and the bright sky. The corner is a very nice and very well captured.
