Photographer’s Note
A few million years ago, volcanic activity resulted in soft tufa rock formations that give the Cappadocia region of Turkey a surreal look.

Hello Ms. Claudia,
You are lucky you did not fall out of the balloon and land on those sharpened points. A great landscape that offers many shapes, hues, tones, and with the combination of all those one could stay in one location for a few days and capture many different shapes as the shadows cross your frame. Just like the Painted Hills that you will see in June...

What an amazing place!
I also like the way the sun is hitting the rock formations, I guess at sunset!
Nice well done
Karen
