Photographer's Note

No other material is quite like cotton. It is the most important of all natural fibres, accounting for half of all the fibres used by the world's textile industry.
Cotton grows in warm climates. After the soil preparation, farmers can create uniform, planting rows by dragging a garden hoe in a straight line. Depending upon the size of the plantation site, they can finalize the number of rows. A space of about 30 inches should be left in between two rows, so as to give room to the developing cotton plants..

Pamuk lifleri için yetiştirilen değerli bir tarım bitkisidir. Dokuma sanayisinin en önemli hammaddelerinden biri olan pamuk gerek kumaş, gerek öbür dokumaların üretiminde yaygın olarak kullanılır. Toprağın daha çabuk ısınmasına ve ekimin erken yapılabilmesine imkan vermesi nedeniyle, balık sırtı şeklinde yüksekte hazırlanan tohum yatakları ile gerçekleştirilen sırta ekim yöntemiyle ekim yapılır.

Hi Ayfer,

You're capturing well this cotton field by a good composition and excellent tone/clarity, so it's impressive to see the green line of the seedling of straightly spreading cotton. It is visible to a place with rich soil here. And, the smoke which has come out of the chimney which is beyond visible draws out an unique effect.

Simple but good quality compo, with long perspective. I like those lines going to the horizon. The patterns usually make good photo and you did great.
