There are many water resources in Antalya region starting in the high peaks of Tauros Mountains, traveling underground or over the land for many kilometers and finding their ways to the Mediterranean in the end. During this voyage, the billions of water drops come together to form the most beautiful waterfalls showing the strength of nature once again. To name some of these waterfalls are the Duden Falls 15 km. north of Antalya, the Kursunlu Falls 18 km. along the Antalya-Alanya highway and that of Manavgat 3 km. north of Antalya. Last but not least is this Karpuzkaldıran Waterfall at the very hearth of the city in Karpuzkaldiran-Lara district just completing the grand journey to reach the great sea. During the hot days of Antalya, it is very refreshing and exciting to visit these waterfalls.
Just a note: The local name “Karpuzkaldiran” means “lifting the watermelon” in Turkish.

Açı, renkler ve keskinlik son derece başarılı. Denizdeki tekne de ayrı bir hava katmış. Çok başarılı bir çalışma olduğunu düşünüyorum. Tebrikler.

a really fantastic shot, especially since it appears so close to the city. I like the composition of the image, and how you managed to even place a ship in the image. nice work

This is a nice shot, and well composed. The coast makes a diagonal from the foreground to the background, the waterfall is the main element of the picture and the boat on the right is well positioned. I like the colors of the water, and the contrast between this strong element of nature and the modern buildings at the top.
