Photographer's Note

This capture is been taken in the inner courtyard of the famous Topkapı Palace. The residence of the Ottoman Sultans. The courts are surrounded with galleries like here and are connecting different parts of the palace together. Here this gallery is the gangway to the Harem, the most interesting part of the palace.

This is an interesting historic building, whose architecture is harmonious. I love the light that illuminates the side branch, against a beautiful gray sky. Good quality. Bravo.

Hello Mesut,
This is a very appealing photo. The two trees form a graphcally very nice foreground and the strong light falls very beautifully on the several small domes beneath the dark sky. It's a plain but very strong composition.

Hello Mesut - At last I get to comment on this shot; I've been meaning to for days but time runs away with me! I am attracted by the light here. It is really special and I love the way it highlights areas of the domes and trees. I remember visiting the Palace and clearly remember this building. I think you have taken this shot creatively against the dark sky and including the leafless trees is perfect. Very well seen. Warm regards rosemary

I appreciate there the lights direction and a good balance with the sky
But in my case, I'll add a second horizontal picture stitched to show all the architecture :)
