stanbul'un en eski su yapılarından birisi. Hadrianus veya Valens Kemeri olarak da adlandırılmaktadır.Yapımı Bizans dönemine dayanmaktadır. Fakat yapılış tarihi kesin olarak bilinmemektedir. İstanbul'a su temin etmek amacı ile Bizanslılar tarafından yapılan kemer, zamanla harap olmuştur. Fatih Sultan Mehmet'in İstanbul'u fehtinden sonra tekrar kullanıma açılmış, II. Bayezid ve Kanuni dönemleri dahil olmak üzere eklemeler yapılmıştır. Toplam uzunluğu 1 km civarında olan kemerin bugünkü uzunluğu sadece birkaç yüz metredir. Tarihî olması nedeni ile koruma altındadır. İstanbul'un Saraçhane semtinde, İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi binasının karşısında bulunmaktadır.

The Aqueduct of Valens (Turkish: Bozdoğan Kemeri) was the major water-providing system of medieval Constantinople (modern Istanbul, Turkey).

It was completed in the reign of Emperor Valens in 368, but its construction had begun under previous emperors. The aqueduct was the terminal point of a wide system of aqueducts and canals that stretched throughout the hill-country of Thrace, and provided the growing capital with water. Once in the city, the water was stored in several underground cisterns, like the Basilica Cistern.

The aqueduct continued in use throughout the Byzantine and early Ottoman periods, and was kept in repair. Today only an 800 meter long part survives, which spans the Atatürk Bulvarı highway.
