Formerly military headquarters (when it was first built in Ottoman Empire time), now it is being used as the Marmara University looking towards the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque in front.

Without the white building at the back side, this photo would be better for sure. Apart from that a little bit of sharpness may work better
