I like this shot....markets: what an attraction!
I visited the Spice Bazaar in Eminonu as well....it's a vibrant place where you can avoid the masses of "cattled tourists" and feel the very essence of this caleidoscopic city!

The shop you've photgraphed is "Malatya Pazarı" and it's the best known one in spice bazaar ...

Great photo, great daily life scene, from the heart of Istanbul, part of which are its colourful bazars, for sure! Excellent composition and framing, great perspective. Excellent light managment, both in terms of exposure and white balance. Beautiful colours! Congratulations!

Goog POV, fine wide angle. A bit more contrast would be fine.
