Photographers Note
Typical Turkish coffehouse and typical faces. Lazy hours in a dim athmosphere.
Türk kahvehaneleri ve tipik yüzler. Çok loş bir ortamdı sanırım 1/10-20 hızda çekmiştim. Renkli negatiften tarama yaptım.

Hello Recep. A photo worth seeing. Older men "hang around" in a Cafee. One sees however no beverage. And the men have to do also nothing. They do not even converse. Everyone is busy only with itself. It looks in such a way, as if they would sit in a waiting hall and waited for their end. I assume however that they have a family. Nevertheless are they alone. Much harm. The photo is a very good study of people. It pleases me very well. Many greetings, Wolfgang.

Hi Recep,
really good. Nice wid angle and you go so close to the guy. Great distribution of men in the frame, it reminds me of PeterC's shot a lot. Good docu work.

Hi Recep.

Hi Recep,
good compo, good use of the wide-angle.
The atmosphere is really relaxed. :)
DOF is a bit too short maybe.
Well done

Beautifully rendered scene, recep, very fine indeed. "Nat Geo" style. Excellent use of the 17-40 here, anchoring the shot with a close up of the old guy on the right, peeling off to his mates on the left and in the back.
Super job!
Selam,
Francis

Hello Recep,
A picture I probably missed a few days ago. Although it lacks some sharpness I find it very very elegant as a composition. Of course you had better chances to take a sharper picture with a digital camera. Color Negatives seem so remote nowadays.

selam ve sevgiler.

hello Recep,
I have been browsing your image and fid them very interesting,. This one especially. It has a melancholic quality and makes me think of the famous play "Waiting for Godot" by Samuel Beckett. Have you heard of it? In the play two men wait and wait and wait. They do nothing much and we are never told why they wait for Godot or if he ever turns up.
regards
Bev
