The construction site of this business centre is 62.000 m². 12.000 m² of this area is a parking area, 23.000 m² of it is the lobby and 27.000 m² of it is rentable shopping and office spaces.

Karum Business and Shopping Center was planned together with the project of the Sheraton Hotels and Towers in 1986, After a five-year period of construction, Karum became functioning in the October of 1991 Its design was by Von Gerkan, Marg and Partners

Merhaba Koray.
Ankara'nin sembollerinden biri haline gelen Karum'un cok guzel bir sekilde panoromik olarak sunmussun, tebrikler.
Gayet guzel bir pozlama, paylasimin icin tesekkurler.
En iyi dileklerimle, isigin bol olsun.
