Good pic but needs a tripod methinks. The point is to keep the still bits sharp while the water goes soft with the time exposure. I can see why you darkened the ferns and rocks to hide the flaw but a better solution would have been to shoot both a long shutter and a short shutter from the same spot and then comp the two images.
