Members of our group, enjoying the breathtaking view of Pokut Plateau, aka the wonderland...

The last day of our Eastern Black Sea tour was the most enjoyable for my taste, with less climbing and more landscape viewing. Though, it was still too difficult to reach up to the place, it is around 2000 meters of altitude and takes one and a half hours by Land Rover, a very rough, curvy and slopy road.

Pokut Plateau along with the Sal Plateau is one of the national natural reserves of Turkey with their incredibly unique flora and fauna.

I desaturated my original Canon colors, because they were even livelier than this presentation and i was afraid that TE members would think that i had applied oversaturation to the original colors... The partial shades are due to the puffy rain clouds hanging low above us.
