Photographer’s Note

In southern Turkey (close to the seshore) there are many springs enriched with different minerals and radioactive stuff. People, who visit those sources cover their bodies with the mud there and believe that it will be good for their health. During this process one can see similar quite humouresque sceneries !

Ülkemizin Güney sahilleri boyunca, kıyıya yakın pek çok yerde değerli mineraller ve radioktif elementlerle zenginleşmiş su kaynakları yer alır.
Köyceğiz, Dalyan yakınlarındaki bu çamurla turistler vücutlerini kaplayıp, dertlerine deva ararken, pek çoğu da böylesi "gülümseten" sahnelere neden olurlar.
Bu kare de eski bir Ektachrome dia'dan tarandı.

Wie lustig, Mesut! Hoffen wir, dass es wohl bekommt, schon alleine der Spass ist gesund. Ich mache manchmal eine Gesichtsmaske, die genau diese Farbe hat, wie ein Gespenst laufe ich dann durch die Wohnung, aber die Haut fuehlt sich gut an finde ich, leicht verjuengt ... vielleicht oder auch nicht. Interesting how all the guys have smilar swimming outfits. Interesting composition showing health benefits combined with humour. The scene is well framed but it look like these guys are going through a mutation process :-)

Modellerin yüz ifadeleri ve görüntüleri gülümsetiyor hakikaten.Yalnız başını eğip,bakan arkadaş neyi çözememiş,çözemedim...

İçindeki fantazi dünyasında yer almasa da, İlahi Komedya'nın sunduğu cehennem katmanlarından birisi çamurda yıkananlar katmanı olabilirdi bence...
özellikle soldaki çift kafalı figüre bayıldım. günah öncesi ve günah sonrası gibi :))

Hahah, amusing scene, it seems they have a lot of fun with the mud. Strange color of mud, such grey. Such an old photo and still nice colours.
