Well then Happy Birthday to Turkey, just one day after me but I'm not 86 years old ;-)
The light here falls exactly on the flag and helps it stand out, hehe same colors as Switzerland !

Hallo Mesut. Die türkische Flagge ist wirklich etwas besonderes. Man sieht sie auf vielen Bildern türkischer Photographen. Auch das traditionell verankerte Nationalbewußtsein ist in Deinem Heimatland sehr stark ausgeprägt. Heute zeigst auch Du aus Anlaß der 86jährigen Republik Türkei diese Flagge. Sie ist ein starkes Symbol der Einheit. Du hast sie gut in das Photo integriert. Viele Grüße, wolfgang.

Have a nice national day! All the best for Turkey, your beautiful land! Interesting composition with the Turkish flag, it is a strong accent here. I wonder if the man here is 86 years old, like Republic? Not so many people left who remember old Turkey. My father often told me how he went to Turkey in 1926 - Republic was then in its infancy.

Bu kare de çok anlamlı. Cumhuriyetin simgesi bayrak, 86.yıldönümünü de kapıdan giren bu amca temsil ediyor herhalde. Sembolizm yüklü bir kare.
