Photographer’s Note
In addition to its many cave dwellings, monestaries and fairy chimneys (pigeon houses), Cappadocia has several wonderful trails to walk - like this one through Rose Valley - where one is surrounded by rugged rocks jutting upward.
I visited this area in mid-October, at the tail end of nice weather. The sky was ominous that day and later erupted into a torrential downpour.

Hello Claudio,
I was there many years ago in the sizzling heat of summer, and much too preoccupied with the troglodyte dwellings and churches — those wondrous fairy chimneys to wander around and find such lovely footpaths. This is an extraordinarily beautiful view, with the pristine peaks providing the backdrop for the footpath. Well composed, flawlessly exposed.
Warm regards,
Bulent

Hi Claudia
The spires really seem to glow against the grey sky. The vertical format works well as it has allowed you to include the pathway.
