Photographer’s Note
Ever wonder how olives are made? This woman was carefully scoring each olive three times before placing it in a plastic jug, which later would be filled with brine. Then the olives are turned once a day for a month. At that point they're ready to eat. And they sure are good!

Great shot of the lady and her olives. She is surrounded with so much colour and pattern. A good slice of life shot.
