Tasbih (تسبيح) is a form of dhikr that involves the repetitive utterances of short sentences glorifying God, in Islam. To keep track of counting either the phalanges of the right hand or a misbaha is used. The tasbih is similar to the komboskini of the Eastern Church and the rosary in the Roman Catholic Church. This man had his suitcase open and was selling Tasbih all day long just outside the Aleppo's souq, not far from the Citadel.

A fine shot from Aleppo, one of those mystical places I hope to visit some day. The tilt adds some dynamics to this otherwise pretty static scene. Good definition of colours and a good note. My congratulations & thanks for sharing.

A very fine shot with good levels of contrast and sharpness. I was not sure why you have placed the picture at an angle but actually it really seems to work. Congratulations. Ann

A bit too much postrocessing for my taste, looks a bit like HDR...or is it my screnn????.
Anyway ,I like th tight framing here and the tilt gives a relaxed feeling.
