Photographer’s Note
Shaybah sand dunes, 500Km south west of Riyadh.
The dunes form huge moving mountains separated by plains where camels are grazing what can be grazed (actually, not that much !)
The weather was stormy (lot of wind, hence no blue sky) (and problems to find an appropriate sheltered camp site !).
I liked the smooth curve of the sand dune behind the camels.
Do you think B&W would have been more appropriate ?

Beautiful composition. It gives a strong solitude feeling. The different tones of sand shows how far must be the background. I haven't tried to convert it to BW to compare, but I bet it's better like this. It's still quite monochromatic, and the sand soft color looks quite nice.
