Hi Pedro,
Normally i prefer a much closer and frame filling panning, but here with these trails on light it works very good and i like the way how you placed the car in the frame on the right side for the best possible composition. Normally 1/15 is much to slow, but here it works very good and it seems there is enough sharpness on the car to make him stand out against the blurry background.
I did a lot of panning to know how diffuicult it is and that is doesn't come easy....you did very good here..!!!
