Photographer’s Note
On my vacation I flew from Dubai to Istanbul. Whilst we were somewhere high above Saudi Arabia, I happened to see this sign in the aircaft restroom.
I thought to myself, yes, keeping ones feet *out* of the toilet probably *is* a sensible idea and what an interesting graphic to go along with it just in case anyone can't understand!
Yes trivial and light-hearted for sure --- but it is the little things that make travel memorable and separate it from the mundane and common.

hello, I find it very funny but also very understandable. All people from africa and sahara, countryside and villages are used to live on the floor using wonderful carpets, and sitting in a very particlaur way that make them so flexible. And they never use any chair or table... Each time I go in a country like that, I am always very surprised to see how easy it is to live sitting on the floor finally. Sometimes I even think that chairs, forks and tables are just stupid invention.... samething for restrooms, maybe...
