Oman has some of the stunning beaches. With over 1600 km (1000 miles) of coastline, much of it accessible, with oportunities for endless activites such as sun bathing, swimming, diving, snorkeling, boating, and surfing.

Close to Al Bustan is the road to Qantab beach and Bandar Jissah beach. At Qantab local fishermen will offer to take you to the sea in their motor boats.. this one was taken in one of such trips..

Hi Paddy,

Just remember about golden Triangle rule in photography after seeing this picture.. good one but BG sky exposed... nice framing well done.

Sensational ! A beautiful picture very natural. The huge stone reminds me of the begining of the earth's creation, just see how 'GOD IS GREAT' Subhanah.

Hello Paddyrags, It was extremely difficult managing the light in this scene. The rockface & the turquoise colour of the water look great. With winter here this scene looks warm & inviting. Thank you for your kind invitation & if i.m ever in Dubai I will surely try to make contact.

This is a nice composition that you have captured of this nice pov and with good light control to avoid harsh shadow, although the sky is just slightly strong, it is not affecting the overall view.
