[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was taken around 7 or 8 PM when the sky has not become completely dark. f-stop was 4 or 5.6 and it took about 30 seconds. The result was beyond what I expected. I looks more like a painting than a photo and still in the style of Rembrandt (I might have had in mind at that time The Rape of Proserpina.)

This is from a camping in a forest belonging to the village of Shhim in the district of Shuf in Mt Lebanon. This forest contains ruins of an ancient village (known now as el-Aser) which was abandoned in the 7th or 8th century. The ruins contain a Roman temple dating to the 3rd century built on remains of temples dating to ancient Phoenician times, a church with mosaics, one wine press and 5 huge olive presses. Stones from the ruins can be seen behind the fire.

The photo is scanned from a negative film. Grains appear because it should have been scanned with a better scanner.
