Photographer’s Note
Beirut's corniche begins at Ramlet el Bayda. This region contains the only sand shore in Beirut as shown in the photo. Swimming there is not recommended as the sea is polluted.
For this photo, shutter speed was about half a minute. The white point to the right is an airplane, its reflection can be seen on the sea.
