Photographer’s Note
I had a problem to take the photo at this location since it's near officers club and therefore there was a military guard near by, who didn't like so much I take this photo when he saw I used a tripod, but at the end he let me take 1 photo.

You deserve a smile for risking your life. And the picture is very nice, but could you tell what it is ? Is it an attraction park ?

Yup, an attraction park.
It's admirable that you set the shutter in a way that the random lights on the wheel do not overlap, the result is a very interesting circular pattern that looks like some kind of circular colored bar-code.
I wonder if you did it on purpose.
fproulx, he did not risk his life! Over here, in Lebanon, officiers usually do not shoot down photographers without warning, they rather walk up to them and tell them when there is a problem.
