Photographer’s Note
A young Bedouin girl standing outside her small brick house in a tiny Bedouin village near Wadi Musa.
She was the sister of my local guide who was about to take me deep into the Wadi Araba desert. Lying on the border between Jordan and Israel, it is a less touristy version of the famous Wadi Rum desert.
