Photographer’s Note

Here I show to you a pleasure seat of the Umayyad Caliphs. It's Qasr Kharana in the desert 60kms east of Amman. It was built by Walid I. prior to 710 CE.

The colors are good, but the composition isn't very interesting. The view here is straight at the building, so it looks almost perfectly flat. Perhaps incorporating the road on the right as more of a foreground element would help lead viewers into the image, or getting closer and getting a more dramatic perspective would help.
