Photographer’s Note
One more syrian bear from Jerusalem Zoo.The Syrian bear, sometimes named as a distinct species, Ursus Syriacus, is better to be regarded as merely a local variety of the European and Asiatic brown bear, Ursus arctos. It still exists in small numbers in Lebanon and is fairly common in Anti-Lebanon and Hermon.

I wonder what he is doing? I rarely saw them do this. The note is interesting, he has the same straight claws as our grizzly as well as the hump on the shoulder, I hope he is in better disposition.

Very good moment is noticed on the photo. Bear (if I am not mistaken it white) instinctively hides its nose, that they frequently make on ice during the hunting. But in this case it appears very amusingly. I surely a little it would cut from below - now there is very much stone.
