Photographer’s Note

We got to the Wailing Wall and the Dome of the Rock at Dusk.. coming out of the Jewish Quarter of the old city. From the steps (the Jewish quarter is above this area - actually, olriginally the old city came up to the wailing wall.. from this vantage you can see the security gate leading into the area and the small parking lot - including the maginificence of the Wall, the Dome of the Rock and rampart to the Dome of the Rock..

Lovely shot, I like the overall yellow-gold from the dome, the wall the lights.

Nice (almost) night shot, Yoram. The low sunlight creates the famous golden look of Jerusalem. I wish there was a way to have this shot, from the same angle without the cars, but, knowing the place where you were standing, I know that it's impossible.
