Wow, this is very impressive, Elroyie. Excellent light and "desertish" color setting, and a fine crisp view towards the makhtesh. The clouds look like a white blanket gently covering the landscape. Very good depth, too, really great shot.

With this clouds and low standpoint of the photographer himself, comlete composition looks so huge, so deep, so peaceful! I like it. And, maybe you know that; such a clouds are always my enormous pleasure. ;-)

Wow, we have both posted a picture from the same area today, Elroyie. The colors of the desert are great, tthat's why I love this desert so much. Great job with the cloudy sky.
The only thing I'd change is to clone this small white thing (a car?) just below the hill. Anyway, very well done.

Very fitting name for this beautiful picture, Elroyie. I like the color contrast and the way you captured all this open space. I like the compo but I'm not completely sure about the great amount of sky/clouds (for the clouds loose a bit of their defenition near the top of the frame) but I like it a lot anyway.

I agree, deserts are beautiful the air is clean and the sky is SO clear and intense. This is a lovely scene, but where are the feathered folk?

It is a very nice picture, with good lighting and composition, but I think the brick wall on the left is distracting the picture. It takes away from the quiet beauty you can find in the desert at the early hours of the morning.
