Composition is definitely good, only the overexposed river water is a little disturing.

Interesting exposure and how it affects the stream of the river . A pity that sky appears so white and does not take profit of sun layers that could have help improve the picture

Well done here. The movement of water makes the picture dynamic, I like it.
The only disturbing thing is the sky, maybe a GRAD (Cokin ND GRAD x8) filter would help here??
