*Building the 3rd Tower*

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
After my first visit to Tel-Aviv in 2001 one of my
biggest architectural wishes was the completion of the
Azrieli Center with all 3 towers.
Last year the construction of the third tower finally started.
This is the view from the observation deck on the construction site.
********************
The Azrieli Center is a complex of three skyscrapers
in Tel Aviv, Israel. It consists of three towers and
also contains a large shopping center in their base,
as well as other public spaces under development.
All towers were designed by Yaski-Sivan architects.
The centre carries the name of David Azrieli, the
designer and owner of the shopping mall.
The Azrieli Center Circular Tower, the highest of the
three, measures 187 m (614 ft) in height. As such, it
is the highest building in Tel Aviv, and the second
highest in Israel. Construction began in 1996 and was
completed in 1999 with 49 floors. The top of the tower
contains an indoor observation deck and a high end restaurant.
The Azrieli Center Triangular Tower has a height of
169 m (554 ft), construction began in 1996 and was
completed in 1999 with 46 floors.
The Azrieli Center Square Tower is currently (2007)
under construction. It has 42 floors, and its height
is 154 m. It is the lowest of the three towers in the Azrieli complex.
The Construction of the third tower was stopped in
1998 due to urban planning disagreements and was
resumed in 2006. The estimated completion date is 2008.

Hi Thorsten!
I like angle of view and composition.Great look on modern antheap.Good light and sharpness.
I dont like reflection from glass on right top corner, but this is only personal opinion.
In global this is good photo.
Regards!
Hi Thor - amazing view from your fantastic high POV; the tower from the top is amazing, also the left side with the whole horizontal yellow arm of the crane, nicely going together with the road bridge down there. Very sharp. Yes, the reflections spoil it a little bit, I was thinking about possible solutions and tried a WS with a crop so hopefully they are less conspicuous. Further cropping can eliminate them all together, but then also the tip of the cranes goes. Regards, Daniel
