Welcome to TE Igal! This is well spotted, though I think I might have focused more on the pigeons - And a note would have been usefull. Nice work and again welcome.
Not bad. I had to look twice before realising there is some depth to the photo, and I agree with Burnham you may have benefitted from focusing on the pigeons, but the colours in the dustbin are vibrant and offset the rest of the pic.
