Photographer’s Note
With the faintest signs of light coming from behind us, we passed the entrance to the National park and started the climb.
The Snake path loops it's way along the eastern cliff with 700 steps laid on the path to aid the climbers on a 2km long path. But, that's not the only way to reach the top...
With time came the technology and advance, and around the 70's of the last century the Cable car was part of this impressive monument of nature. Within 2 minutes of electrical current and the turning of the wheel, you can bridge the gap of 350 meters with ease...
In some way, this monster is already part of the Masada...More to come!

Nice take, Chen, and I commend you for taking the footpath, because not only is it healthier, but more importantly it allowed you to get this interesting shooting angle. Nice upward perspective along the zig-zagging trail, and a quite striking color setting with the intense yellow and orange tones. Good shot.
