Photographer’s Note
Tradition says Jaffa, also known as Yafo, was founded by Japheth, son of Noah, after the Flood. This at least 3200 years old and beautiful port is also considered to be the setting of Andromeda, Perseus and Pegasus legend, among others. Today, Tel Aviv and Jaffa are integrated in one same city: Tel Aviv/Jaffa.

Nice shot! As Bart says, it's rotated a little to the right, although not as much as the tower suggests - the tower is at least in part caused by the converging verticals you get with wide angle lenses - if you look to the right you'll see the verticals are almost straight. The trick is to look at things in the middle of the image and correct based on those! You can use the Perspective tool in Photoshop to correct the convergence if you don't happen to have several thousand pounds worth of perspective correcting lens to hand ;-)
Nice informative note, and a good shot! Welcome to TrekEarth!

Very good angle!
I worked on it a little - it needs rotation 2 deg. left, and I think adding some blue tones inprove the scene...

The city seems to be pretty, I like the colors of the buildings. Is that tower a church or something else?

It's a very nice view of Jaffa, and I like you exlanation. I agrree with what Bart, Adrian and Liora wrote, but still I like this point of view, that shows a nice view of the port and Andromeda hill.
A little bit to the right there's a beautiful lighthouse, i miss it here.
To Mehmet: Yes, it's a church.
Well done.
