Photographer’s Note
You say we grew apart
I know you must be right
All we have been through
You blame me and I blame you
Remember all the talks we used to have
Now is nothing more than fresh flowers on a grave
Now we share a past to seal our future
Building a wall made with our own human nature
I want to leave you behind, locked in a box of old memories
But our bond cannot be split, as we are an army surrounded by enemies
I could never forget you, even if I win this human race
No matter how many cracks and scars are hiding in my face
I look at this picture of us on my wall
Together we stood; and so we will never fall
Take a look at "A Different Look At Israel" presentations

I'm not that much a fan of infrared pictures, this one however I like very much. A great composition watching up the trees, the dark trunk and branches contrasting with the bright leafes, the sun throwing interesting patterns onto them. Perfect!

Very mysterious. It captures a lot in its meaning, and great POV. Nice work with the colors and filters and such.
very nice

i love the deep sense of foreboding this picture evokes in me. the low perspective makes the tree taller and more dominating than it probably really is.
i'm also a fan of the infra-red color palate and it works very well with this subject.
the lines that draw the eye through the picture are very chaotic in this image. they don't follow normal conventional rules - the zig zag, for example - but instead start at the bottom of the frame, lead up, and then fragment into the canopy of the tree. it is a little disorienting, like falling upward.
but don't take that as a bad thing. feelings of disorientation, or of being loomed over, are real feelings that have been evoked by this image. and that means your photo is effective.
great job.
